| The following procedures should be performed on a regular basis. Ideally, you would perform these every month. If that time commitment is too great, we recommend you not go more than three months without performing these procedures on all your computers. |

Run Disk Cleanup.
Defragment the hard drive.
Verify your virus definition files are current and
your subscription has not expired.
Run SpyBot (or your preferred spyware program)
to check for and remove spyware/adware.
Install Windows and Microsoft Office updates
occasionally (every three months is OK
if you have critical updates installed automatically).
